As it’s getting tougher to find free weather api’s this module will be using the NOAA weather.

      Facts:

      1. You will still need a key BUT the request limit is huge and there is no danger of ever being charged for data!

      2. It will keep many of the features of NOAA3… with some enhancements which include weather warning system and more.

      3. When in testing phase will need about 5 people to put through the test, if you’d like to volunteer send me a private message.

      4. Could NOT find a weather provider for Europe… I asked, no one answered so that is why it’s for the US only. NOAA ONLY covers the US.

      5. Looking for someone fluent in CSS… if interested Private Message me please.

      6. NOAA3 was huge and took a while to develop… I imagine this one will too. Keep asking, I’ll give you answers to a time line when I can.

Great news! Even though I’m north of ya in Canada. Still looking forward to seeing the end result!

@cyberphox Hold on now… NOAA may indeed cover Canada! I’ll have to check into a little further.

I run my own personal weather station and most data goes to Wunderground. Sadly they’ve moved from free to paid as well. However I’d love ways to leverage my PWS data still.

@natrlhy I thought about getting a PWS but until I can figure out how to use my own data without sending it to someone else… I won’t do it.
