      Well hello all…no NOAA wasn’t made to support ‘currentweather’ notifications in MM.

      It’s a stand alone module and I am SUPER busy so as of right now I have no plan to do anything with it. I do this for a hobby…I must pay attention to my real job as I’ve grown accustomed to things like food and shelter… ;) Perhaps in the next few weeks I could look at it but that is if I have time.

            @Sean
            I am using NOAA3 and i simply add the the following lines the my config:

            {
              module: "MMM-WeatherBackground",
              // don't assign position.
              config: {}
            },

            Unfortunately the background is still black.
            Is ther something else to consider?
            Thanks a lot
            Regards

                    I think his version https://github.com/cowboysdude/MMM-WeatherBackground will be work. I don’t know it is completed or not, but you can try it.

                          I think it wasn’t installed properly. (@cowboysdude might have forgotten npm install in his description.)

                          npm install

                          try again.

                                    My advice. Delete your current MMM-WeatherBackground folder/directory. Clone the repo again
                                    git clone https://github.com/cowboysdude/MMM-WeatherBackground.git into your modules folder. cd into your new MMM-WeatherBackground directory. Run npm install. You should be golden.

                                    P.S. No helper is not an error.

                                    Create a working config
