Anyway, I think higher resolution(1920*1080) would be better for some modules. Sometimes I feel lower resolution is a bit small.

I second this. You’ll find that most of the modules won’t scale well to 720p. Can all be corrected of you have a good handle on CSS, but if you just start with a 1080p display, you’ll save yourself time and headache.

Would a tv work? Thinking of using a tv so the speakers are already built in so that i can add alexa.

@dcarls91 Yep TV will work fine. I built two out of TVs.

@dcarls91 I’m using a Vizio 32" HD tv and it is awesome! OF course I’m also using a ITX motherboard and not a pi ;)

I just started work on my 4th mirror and this one is 27" diagonal. I did one mirror that was 83" x 14" so it’s pretty much “whatever works for the space”.

@dcarls91 Raspberry Pi will work fine with a TV as well. ITX board comes in handy for other processing tasks, but the Pi has no problems outputting 1080p over HDMI.

Awesome, thanks for all of your input. Ended up with a 22" monitor to start with.

@j-e-f-f That is true…In my case I need more than the pi could handle.
