I still have problems. Afer several installations, I always get after start a white screen:
“This side can’t be readed - localhost refused to connect
checking the proxy and the firewall”
Also, this error message appears after new installation:
"Extracting node-v10.15.1-linux-armv6l.tar.gz

unlink: cannot unlink ‘/sbin/pm2’: No such file or directory
unlink: cannot unlink ‘/usr/local/bin/pm2’: No such file or directory
Trying this command: chmod a+x ~/MagicMirrorPi0StretchLite/RaspberryPi0.sh && sh ~/MagicMirrorPi0StretchLite/RaspberryPi0.sh
there is an error:
/home/pi/MagicMirrorPi0StretchLite/RaspberryPi0.sh: 5: /home/pi/MagicMirrorPi0StretchLite/RaspberryPi0.sh: Syntax error: “(” unexpected
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance

Great thanks to Mich for the MM-Projekt - I love it. So I did build my 4. Mirror as an infoboard. I’m using a cheap LCD-TV (40") and a Pi zero. Everything works fine except the autostart with pm2. If I take the SD-Card with the MM to an Raspi 3, there are no problems - the mirrorsoftware starts over pm2 with no problems. The same SD card in a Pi zero w - no chance to start automaticaly. I think the problem depends on the pm2 software. Has anyone an idea to solve it?
Thanks in advance.

@smotx said in MMM-xiaomi - Temperature and Humidity from your smarthome:
hi,
Same problem here too
I have changed my router, so i have change wifi of Xiaomi hub
On magicmirror config i have set new ip 192.168.2.xxx (before 192.168.1.xxx).
But always nothing on MagicMirror after reboot.
perhaps token has changed with new router… So, on the rasp i launch command ```
miio discover` $ sudo miio discover INFO Discovering devices. Press Ctrl+C to stop. Device ID: 567xxxx54 Model info: Unknown Address: 192.168.2.xxx Token: ??? Support: Unknown ` Anybody know why ? :(.
I had the same problem. Meanwhile, I have found the solution. An update from Xiaomi changed the token in the gateway. This must now be read out via the smartphone. In my case the miio discovery command did not work any more. I followed this instruktion to get the new token
… and now all works fine again - I have all my sensors back on the mirror.

@sean Thanks for your quick reply.
I also use this module very successfully. Try to resize the pictures to the resolution of your screen (photoshop), normaly 1920 x 1080, 1024 x 760. Sometimes it is also necessary to set the pictures to the correct aspect ratio 16:9. For me it works fine.

@schwoediauer
Hi! Thank you for your hint. We use a differente alarmsoftware, so I have to look
for the options. With RSS it’s a pretty good idea.
Hello schwoediauer
nice work. How did you realize the alarm from your fire brigade (seen the alarm message on top)? I’m also a volonteer fireman. We get our alarms via a swissphone pager BOS S (digital) and can also get the text message send to a sms to the smartphone. I’m looking for an option, to get the alarm message also to the MM. Do you have an idea?
Thanks in advance Mike
Hi Mirko3000,
thank you! Great work.
Hi mirko3000
thank you for your kind reply. No, I dont want to use the xiaomi-sensor as a fire sensor ;-)
But I have a fine storeroom for some goods, so the temperature should be in a range from 14 and 18
degrees celcius. Otherwise I must take the goods and move them in the summertime in the colder
basement. Thats my intention to wish a maximum temperature.
Thanks again for your great work and your support!
Best wishes from Mike
