Make sure to install all dependencies as stated in the README file! Use npm install for that. As you can see in you error log python-shell is missing.

@lepetitnicolas what does /home/pi/MagicMirror/npm-debug.log say? Also please use Markdown on shell snippets!

    • RE: MMM-PIR-Sensor error

@xdker no idea. Could be an electro magnetic interference on your monitor or something :/ doesn’t have anything to do with the module at least I can’t think of anything.

@RedNax shouldn’t we update the vendor ones then? @MichMich?

@lepetitnicolas the array personen(really need to translate that into english :D ) should be personen = ["Gael"] else it will look for a variable called Gael which does not exist.

    • RE: PIR-Sensor - put your mirror to sleep if not used

@desq sorry no idea :D haven’t touched it in a while since I am pretty busy at the moment (finished school, now moving to a new city at the other side of the country). Could be possible that my dependencies work with v6 now but I still need to update it and change some stuff once I have the time :)
What exactly do you mean by duration? A delay? My PIR-Sensor can do that in hardware thats why I haven’t implemented it.

    • RE: PIR-Sensor - put your mirror to sleep if not used

@sameershah23 Should be possible. There already is a function that turns of the HDMI output of the Pi you would just need to replace that part (or add a new mode) that sends a command to the monitor. Feel free to send a pull request!

    • WE NEED YOU!

      Hi there,
I am currently working on the MM promotion video and need some high res screenshots of modules, like the weather one at the end!
      https://vimeo.com/171152845/040d5aaac2
The screenshot of the weather module for example is (407x612):
      0_1467289373841_weather.png

It would be great if you could assist me on doing that, because I have to go help my father now and we need to finish the video soon for @MichMich’s talk! If you create some screenshots (default and non-default modules) please upload them to Dropbox or some other provider who does not scale images down or compresses them!

      Cheers,
      Paul
