My Pi5 has a on chip fan and it was running 75 inside the box attached to the monitor in the back.
I added external little fab on top of my enclosure to extract the hot air and it dropped the temp to 60.
Moved it 1 inch away from the monitor back panel and the temp now is 55 all the time with screen on and 44 during the night when the screen off.

@Racing88 if you mean the arrow number and not the max lines in the cell - 5.
It’s your duplicated calendar event. It’s not showing the event twice but notifying you that’s it’s double.

This is the number of lines in the day cell. Change it to 8 and restart mm2. You’ll understand it immediately.

4 updates today… :/ Kind of annoying to see the mirror changes the view with this notification.
anyway:

1. GUI looks better. Thanks!
2. First update changes my main.css - took me a while to figure it out and redo all my customizations.
3. Restart - doesn’t work. Shutdown i didn’t even try.
4. Restart Magicmirror2 - doesn’t work, says mm2 is not running.
5. Turn monitor on/off doesn’t work.
6. Minimize browser does it but then no way to revert. So point less, now need to reboot.

Any way to make it SSH from the phone? :)

Is it possible to scroll this calendar with a button on GPIO, next month or prev month? Where can i find more details on this please, found some ideas but not this specific calendar.

Quick update: it was the Pi clock not set to the same time zone. once calendar and PI time zones matched, it works perfectly.

I’m new to this MM2 project and trying to build my first family display.
I opened a new google calendar and syncing iCAL to my MM2. It works and i can see that if i input hourly events, they display correctly but if it’s an all day event, it’s going to shows one day ahead on MM2. Same with holidays cal, everything is shifted one day.
Any ideas, i can’t find anything about it.
