    Tried using the updated install script but get this error. I did killall node
    and it said that node: no process found

    install log being saved to /home/pi/MagicMirror/installers/install.log
    No LSB modules are available.
    Updating packages ...
    Installing helper tools ...
    Reading package lists... Done
    Building dependency tree       
    Reading state information... Done
    build-essential is already the newest version (12.3).
    curl is already the newest version (7.52.1-5+deb9u9).
    git is already the newest version (1:2.11.0-3+deb9u4).
    unzip is already the newest version (6.0-21+deb9u2).
    wget is already the newest version (1.18-5+deb9u3).
    The following packages were automatically installed and are no longer required:
      coinor-libipopt1v5 libcommon-sense-perl libdbi1 libencode-locale-perl
      libfile-which-perl libhttp-daemon-perl libhttp-date-perl
      libhttp-message-perl libio-html-perl libipc-sharelite-perl libjson-perl

      @swvalenti the code is doing a

      pgrep "node"
      

      to test, do

      ps -ef | grep node 
      

      so, they are usually running as /usr/bin/node, killall won’t kill those

        I dont even have this module anymore I thought it was deleted…what do I need to do in order to make the update work?

            Still won’t work did the kill command

              @swvalenti looks like it gets restarted…

              again… you killed it before u ran installer

                @sdetweil that is correct, can I somehow delete this node process as I don’t even use that module anymore?
