Weather modules

I’m getting a little frustrated at the weather modules, the NOAA one’s seem to work, but the rest rely on APIs that have been deprecated.
Does anybody have a list of working weather modules? I’m not keen on the NOAA ones as they don’t fit with the look and feel of the rest of the MM ecosystem -
@krisalexroberts I was also struggeling with finding a nice weather module. Depending on your needs, WeatherOrNot will do. It offers daily forecast and has nice looks + the formatting is responsive.

Have you gone through all of these?

@Feedy88 WeatherOrNot is beautiful and fits the bill, thanks!

@Mykle1 Hey Mykle, are there some news from the MMM-Lunartic api ?
Greetings from Germany -

Is WeatherOrNot the goto module now? the Darksky system’s locked me out I think. 😢😢
-
@BKeyport Dark sky is now apple only ☹️
-
@BKeyport in my opinion it clearly is. Let’s see if some new modules pop up (openweather onecall API, climacell…)
-
@ColinT Not quite yet. They’re going apple only in a year or so.
-
My darksky key is still working. My BMW series of weather modules uses darksky(still) and OpenWeather and Climacell keys. There’s also a Climacell Hourly. However, WeatherOrNot requires no api key at all.
-
I just found MMM-WeatherOrNot after trying several others. I like it because you can set a background behind the module. My MagicMirror is not a mirror at all and uses random images behind all of my modules, so the contrast in needed.
Is there a simple way to increase the size of the fonts? They are a little hard to read for my 81-yr old mother in law.
Thank you.

Unfortunately, font size is not an option with this module.
-
@Mykle1 Woulnd’t it be possible via a custom css?

It would not. The module is inside of an iFrame and only those options available at the source can be modified. Font Size is not one of those options
-
@Mykle1 Understood. Guess that is the part making it responsive as you change the size?

This weather module works great.
https://github.com/martinkooij/MMM-MyWeatherIt’s the same as the one from jclarke0000, but this uses weatherbit.io api instead.
