      Hello,
I have clean and unused Raspberry Pi 4 + old screen from notebook and HDMI adapter for this screen.

I would like to create a magic mirror to show info from my Xiaomi smart ecosystem (temperatues, lights, etc.)
In what order should I install MagicMirror² and Home Assistant?
I have also PIR sensor - how can I turn on/off screen of magic mirror with this sensor?

      Thank you in advance

@daniel_svk I’ve written some guides on the HA forum about the integration, by using the MQTTBridge and Mosquitto on HA. You can find the post here

Hi @fribse, do you use physical Google Home or do you run Google Assistant on the RPI? Thanks

@raf Also I’m trying to understand how to use a physical GoogleHome to control the MM.
It is also discussed in this topic of 2019, but I do not know if it is still valid as a method or new solutions have come out today …

@egnos I had plans on activating the voice assistant in the mirror directly, but I’ve not found a good setup yet.
