@Mykle1 my Pi CPU temp was at up to 73°C. I think the heat caused by monitor heat emission although there are some vent holes. When I turn off the monitor for a while, when I turn the monitor on, the CPU temp was at 61°C.
I think, it is a good idea add some fans to reduce the heat.

I can see the colours on the calendar appointments, how did you manage that?I will post more detail in picture later. I’m still on mobile :)
modifying custom.css (copy-paste from various forum posts) as following:

RE: My First Magic Mirror
@jseutens I have no idea. I bought the mirror on local mirror store. It is the only type it sold.

RE: My First Magic Mirror
@Labzz yap, raspi 3 model B. set the update interval in minutes for modules that not required instant updates such as calendar (5 minutes), rss feed (15-30 minutes). The only module takes so much cpu is facial-recognition (run every 2 seconds).

RE: My First Magic Mirror
@jseutens the only one-way mirror type (not a window film) sold by the glass-shop in my town (Bandung, Indonesia). the thickness is 5mm.

My First Magic Mirror
Finally, I completed my first magic mirror. Thx a lot, @MichMich for your great MM2 platform also all modules developers.
I show the mirror to my colleagues and wondering how to built it. I wrote a simple tutorial on my blog. Sorry, the blog is in Indonesian. But you just simply translate it using Google Translate, for example in English. Here is my mirror.
I’m still working on voice-control, PIR and training face-reco (already works but still needs more training though).

RE: Motion Detector
Is this module work along with MMM-Facial-Recognition using the same camera?

RE: a centered modal window/widget from certain module
@strawberry-3.141 : i mean for the platform. so, all installed module can be called and displayed in that way without implementing it in the module itself.

a centered modal window/widget from certain module
I imagine, MM has more cool feature such as activating certain module as a modal big window/widget in the center screen as instructed (from click or voice-control). For example, displaying a video feed of news or event a movie/youtube.
in simple way, biggest version of certain module in the center of the screen as instructed (by clicking a button menu or voice-controlled).
