@sdetweil said in Got error when run MM 2.14.0: @slametps fun… do cd ~ sudo rm -rf .npm rm -rf MagicMirror note the dot in front of npm then run the install script again. It works like a charm. Thx a lot @sdetweil .

@slametps at the end of the day I found finally some examples around, but everybody is reporting that setting a specific server somehow is not working (anymore?). The line should look like var test = speedTest({maxTime: 5000, serverId : "3243"}); however this causes an error in node_helper.js at MM loading and the screen goes black until I end MM itself.

@zdenek said in MMM-TPLink: great. I’ve few of TP-Link HS110 and HS100, but only in local net (home, work, parentshouse…). I use KASA app on my iPhone to control them, see the actual power - is it possible to “somehow” modify your module to see at least the status of plugs? thanks, Zdeněk I am using several TP-Links too, and found a lot of helpfull info about home automation based stuff from these guys… http://100.37.129.161:443/ You may want to pop over there and ask about their set up’s, and I’m positive you will get a great deal of ideas you probbably never thought about? Personaly, I have 90% of my house automated ( using Alexa and Broadlink pro, and RM Mini ) , and, when time permits, use MM as a part Automation Display… showing/controlling every HA item, and it’s state.

@broberg : the requirement is not like that. The original idea is module internal timer with 1 second interval for example, can be replaced with event from the clock. The module no longer required to implement the timer itself.

@me-osama : sorry, I’m quite long time not monitoring this project. Is your problem solved? Please make sure this config option: playAdzan: ['fajr', 'dhuhr', 'asr', 'maghrib', 'isha'],

@strawberry-3.141 : i mean for the platform. so, all installed module can be called and displayed in that way without implementing it in the module itself.
