Clocks and Two Time Zones
-
Any advice/ideas on how to get the MM to display two clocks of different time zones?
-
Just add the clock for a second time, but specify the timezone in the config.
Please take a look here: https://github.com/MichMich/MagicMirror/blob/master/modules/default/clock/README.md

Sure did.
Perhaps, I missed something? I tried several time zone variations.
module: 'clock', timezone: 'Asia/Tokyo|JST JDT|-90 -a0|010101010|-QJH0 QL0 1lB0 13X0 1zB0 NX0 1zB0 NX0|38e6', position: 'top_right' }, -
{ module: 'clock', position: 'top_right', config: { timezone: 'Asia/Tokyo' } }, -
@yawns There an issue this feature. I explained about this on https://github.com/MichMich/MagicMirror/issues/797
The moment isn’t loaded when is run in electron mode. Only it’s working on server mode.
I’ve investigating in this area, I don’t have nothing concluded yet. If some can give a idea can be nice. cc @strawberry-3-141 @paviro @Jopyth

@roramirez i tested it back then (also commented on github) and it worked for me in electron, I tried it again now and it still works

@strawberry-3.141 Yes, Its work :). I’ve checking my config and is set
nodeIntegrationtotrueand this fail with that. I presuming this can be some tests fail at sometimes, I’m not sure.I share my config for failure.
var config = { port: 8080, ipWhitelist: [ ], language: "en", kioskmode: true, timeFormat: 24, units: "metric", electronOptions: { webPreferences: { nodeIntegration: true, }, }, modules: [ { module: "clock", position: "center", config: { timezone: "America/Campo_Grande" } }, ] }; if (typeof module !== "undefined"){module.exports = config;} -
