      @sdetweil - Yeah, shouldn’t. The router should manage it all through DHCP but something is really weird here. Especially if it all worked before and suddenly the routing stopped to the point where the two devices can’t even ping each other.

        Hrm. Okay, basic connectivity check. From the pi, please try the following two commands and tell us the results of each:
        ifconfig | grep inet
        and
        curl www.abc.com

          @bhepler Thanks so much. I feel rather silly knowing that a simple reboot would resolve the SSH issue. Unfortunately, I still can’t access git though.

                    @MMRPi1 ok, I missed that … what did u reboot? the pi, or the router?

                    let remove git and reinstall it

                    sudo apt-get remove git
                    sudo apt-get install git

                              ok, here is a solution I think… second response, recompile git with openssl

                                    I still want that connectivity check. The Pi can see the Windows box, but I want confirmation that the Pi can see the internet.

                                        Might be issue with gnutls Package. we have to compile a git Package with openssl instead of gnutls. Follow the below steps,

                                            @MMRPi1 u recompiled the git with openssl?? then it should give the gnutils error

                                            sudo apt-get install -y build-essential fakeroot dpkg-dev
                                            sudo apt-get -y build-dep git
                                            sudo apt-get install -y libcurl4-openssl-dev
                                            
                                            mkdir git-openssl
                                            cd git-openssl
                                            apt-get source git
                                            cd git-*
                                            sed -i -e 's/libcurl4-gnutls-dev/libcurl4-openssl-dev/g' 
                                            ./debian/control
                                            sed -i -- '/TEST\s*=\s*test/d' ./debian/rules
                                            sudo dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -b
                                            sudo dpkg -i git_2.7.4-0ubuntu1.6_arm64.deb
                                            
                                            #CleanUp
                                            cd ../../
                                            sudo rm -rf git-openssl
