Aaaaand that “Vanity Glass”, at the size of the monitor I’m using (22x15), with polished edges, would cost $600 … I’m actually afraid to see what the full size that I plan to use would cost.

      Ok, I checked … $2k. I’ll get right on that. :)

A Life? Cool! Where can I download one of those from?

Waaaaaah :D My mirror is 21" (I think not sure right now to be honest) cost 70€ so about 80$ :)

We're all stories in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?

Yeah, the acrylic, at the monitor size (22x15), would be about $103 … But I’m putting it on a wall, a much larger piece … that’s gonna be 'spensive!

I got my two mirrors (24" and 27") here (germany): https://www.myspiegel.de/spionspiegel-pg-2102.html
Good quality! I’ll post some pictures soon.

At first I wanted to give foils a try, but the result was terrible.

If only people would understand this and not try to save a few bucks on a +$200,- project … ;)

Is there any recommandation about the best reflection and transmission ratio to use for such magic mirror ?
Sometimes, I had seen mirrors for which you can select different thickness. What are yours and what are the impact observed please ? Have you any recommandations about thickness of mirror ?
                      Thanks to all makers :)

@MichMich I’m assuming you mean the ± symbol. That’s fine, I just like correcting people.

Just because something doesn’t do what you planned it to do doesn’t mean it’s useless.
