      Description:

      A very simple video player module with clickable thumbnails to show playlist.

      Variations:

      this is the first version, working on: simplifying configurations,
      size of player, buttons, number of videos, buttons can be changed to text as well as color
      and upcoming… option to use physical buttons on RasPi

      Any options anyone may want with this module… Feel free to let me know! :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

        Very nice. I have a couple suggestions, if you’re interested:

        1. Add an option to hide the playlist/buttons completely and just have the videos play.
        2. Add width & height parameters to the available options, instead of modifying the module js file.

        This is a great beginning!

          @bhepler

          Glad you like it, I will work those in when I get a chance to.

          I plan to get it to where there are more options to go in the defaults/config so user won’t have to mess with the js file at all.

          I just wanted to put a working module out there for you all to look at and let you know I haven’t forgotten about it. :winking_face:

          And I am always open for suggestions!

            I’ve made some changes (with the help from @sdetweil, Thanks Sam!) so it is more user configurable from the config file.

            Do a git pull && npm install from within the MMM-MyVideoPlayer directory:
            cd MagicMirror/modules/MMM-MyVideoPlayer
            git pull && npm install

            let me know what you think and if there any other features you would like to see. :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

              Nice work.

              My MMM-BMW-DS looks good on your mirror, too. I didn’t think anyone was using it. :thumbsup:
