have you tried to change the value of fadeSpeedInSeconds to a higher number (e.g. 10)?
Just play around with this number until the animation speed is good for you. Usually, a higher number means a slower animation.

I’m trying to see where I can have both arrivals and departures from the same station.
It’s working perfectly for Departures, just can’t see where I change the type to “arrival,departure”
Also the station name is missing for some reason too?

@Bungle68 the config.js.sample is in that folder, so you can see what it looks like

@Bungle68 I put a small power strip inside the frame and power the monitor, pi and anything else requiring 110v and have one power cord out to an outlet…
