    • Different layout...

      Hey guys…

      Maybe you can help me and @strawberry-3-141 found a solution…

      I have a main MM2 running in the house using a 42 inch in portrait mode with a bunch of modules. BUT I have 2 other RPI3 with a 7inch LCD and I need to display the SAME data of the main RPI3 but with a new layout.

      @strawberry-3-141 built for me a kind of syslog module for MM2. Of course all my data is sent to the main MM2, but I would like to display it also on the 2 others RPI3, that’s why I would like to display a different layout on the 2 others RPI3 without running the MM2 “server”!

      Any idea… suggestions…

      @MichMich Would need some help about CSS with your module…

      I would like to use it at bottom_bar

      with
      div.mmm-systemtemperature div.module-content {
      text-align: right;
      }

      And also change the fontsize and dimmed to false… like I did with the MMM-ip module

      I’m always having a fetching data… is it possible that the plugin can’t handle Celcius temperature from the system command ?

      Thanks Strawberry!

      I just installed it, works fine.

      Except, I can’t really place it at the real bottom right… 'cause I’m using bottom_bar , bottom_right is just on top of bottom_bar

      @strawberry-3.141 and I will need to handle the text size from the module itself to be very small and discrete!?

    • Local IP address

      Hey guys…

      I’m planning to use MM2 as the main interface for our home automation project already started since 1 year… I would like to show the local IP address somewhere very discret and small at the bottom right…

      Any suggestion?

    • Need a custom plugin - kind of syslog

      In our last installation of Magic Mirror (version 1) we build a kind of little snippet to display our Home Automation logs in the center.

      Now that Magic Mirroir v2 is using nodejs, I would like if someone can make one for us. We are paying ;)

      I need to be able to display a kind of log using external call. Currently from our external system we just do a HTTP call like

      http://raspberrypi/message.php?message=“Something to put in the log”

      message.php is just writing the log to a text file and keeping only the last X line and we are displaying this text file in Magic Mirror.

      I’m ok to modify our external call if needed…
