Hi guys, It would be great if anyone will implement a module for using the new cayenne’s API.(http://community.mydevices.com/t/now-live-cayenne-rest-api-for-application-developers/3496). Cayenne is a great and free cloud based raspberry/arduino device control for IOT (https://mydevices.com/). This module would allow the mirror to show all the device’s status (temperature, buttons triggered, system stats).

Hello, I am looking for a module that displays photos on my MM. I have a Synology- Nas and would like to display random pictures from a folder including subfolders. Does anyone have an idea which module would be best suited for this? Thanks Dirk

I often have the problem, that I want to read an interesting news heading displayed on the mirror right now or save it for later reading. But I don’t want to search for it on the news site. Is there a module that displays a QR-Code that contains a link to the corresponding article next to the news heading? If not, I would implement such a thing based on the original news feed module. I already have an idea how this could look nice. I just would like to know, if the main contributors would like to have this functionality in the standard module (maybe as an option) or if I should make a new module. /cc @MichMich, @paviro, @roramirez, @nhubbard

@Wiltify I have built stand alone sports modules but honestly if you want more than one sport in a smaller space I’d go with this one…

As far as I know, no. It is simply a space delimited text output. Thank you for taking a look at it. I honestly haven’t had time to devote to this at all. CaptnJB

I think most TV’s don’t support PiP with 2 HDMI sources… its gotta be like a component and HDMI or tuner and HDMI… I like it full screen anyways

Hello everyone, I’m finally finishing up my own Magic Mirror project, but I’m running into a little problem. I’m not very good at coding myself, and I’m having a problem with the Rotten Tomatoes module made by AdamMoses (the reason why I’m posting here is because he was last seen online 6 months ago and I’m guessing he’s no longer active on the forum, so I was hoping someone else could help me with this) What I’m trying to do with this module is have the module be placed at the bottom, and the opening/coming soon box on the left of the screen, and the box office box on the right side of the screen. I currently have the module aligned at “bottom_bar” but when I do this the boxes of opening/coming soon and box office get placed below eachother. To quickly show you what I mean, here’s an image as to how I want to order the module… [image: JddjnZx.jpg] Hopefully someone can help me with this.

Anyone know why this module limits to just last 20 images in Flickr? Anyone know if that can be a quick fix? Thanks much.

Hello Everybody, is it possible to create a module that reads the connecting speed from the Fritzbox to the dislam because of the 24 hour forced separation and then reading out the internet traffic. there are a lot ways of traffic like uploads, downloads, audiostreming, videostreaming and … so i can see how much traffic is actually. i found on an german website a php-scrip and a site for an FHEM programming. first : php-script second : FHEM Best Regards, Sandy2503

@yawns Hello. I entered this and nothing changed in my calendar? am I doing something wrong? Thank you { module: 'calendar', header: 'Family Calendar', position: 'top_right', config: { maximumEntries: 15, maximumNumberOfDays: 365, maxTitleLength: 25, animationSpeed: 0, fadePoint: 3, timeFormat: 'absolute', urgency: 7, getRelative: 0, calendars: [ { symbol: 'calendar-check-o ', url: 'webcal://www.calendarlabs.com/templates/ical/UK-Holidays.ics' }, { symbol: `calendar-check-o `, url: "https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/**************************" }, { symbol: "birthday-cake", url: "webcal://www.facebook.com/ical/b.php?uid=**********************amp;key=**************************gmqP" }, Edit - It is working now. By comparing the actual link with the one I C&P somehow it included “amp,” before “key” an when I removed that part it shows up as it should, with birthday cake :-) Thanks again. .

Hi everyone, I am in the process of building my mirror and its coming along nicely. Its supposed to be a gift for my girlfriend to help her get ready in time (it already displays traffic and the next buses etc). Now I was thinking whether anyone has tried to implement a voice controlled timer that gets displayed on the screen (My mirror wont have a touch screen). Amazon Echo has such a function but I dont think Alexapi supports that command yet. atleast it didnt when I tried it out a couple of weeks ago. Does anyone know how this would be implemented or whether any of the voice control modules out there support this (I couldnt find it in any of the voice control modules available) Best regards / David
