After several weeks to read this forum, I decided to make MY own Magic Mirror. It was not easy, because I am a noob with raspberry but I am glad to have done it !
      Here is some pics.

      FYI, my modules are :

      • MMM-Remote-Control
      • compliments
      • newsfeed
      • MMM-Globe
      • MMM-NOAA
      • MMM-soccer
      • calendar
      • mm-pir-hide-all
      • MMM-PIR-Sensor
      • calendar_monthly
      • MMM-FreeBox-Monitor
      • MMM-Remote-Control

      info : The spy-mirror’s thickness is 6 mm. (Size : 900mm x 600mm ; Cost =150€)

Very nice work, looks very professional.
What is mounted on top of the mirror? Camera, microphone, pir sensor?

                  Amazing !
Comment as-tu fixé le mirroir au cadre sans faire de trous ?
                  Bravo encore !

                    @yawns
It’s a camera. I wanted to use the MMM-Facial-recognition but my raspberry warms a lot. I am waiting for the cooling system what I ordered.

The PIR sensor is at the bottom

I used a special glu what I bought in the special market (Mr Bricolage)
It’s like a silicon glu but it’s special for mirror and bathroom.

I didn’t want to have any borders. I prefer the frame like that (more contemporary I think !)

You’re the first one I see doing this like that ! Good job 😉

What is the model of the mirror ? Pilkington MirroView ? The mirror effect is great !
