Hi Everybody,
Thanks for all your suggestions! I’ve added a donate link (using Paypal) to the homepage, the forum menubar and the readme of the project (currently dev branch only). If you have any suggestions where I can add more donate buttons without being annoying, feel free to let me know.

The link sends you to a paypal site with dutch language,
Not a big deal, but should be English as default :)

Your link doesn’t seem to work since it includes your (expired) session token. I checked the donate button config, and it should display an English form. I tried changing the locale but it doesn’t seem to work.

I like the idea of adding some sort of recognition system. This can be a nice perk for those who contribute.
Has this been implemented?

The project is noble but donations should have been a thing day 1… I mean this is a place where you can come and learn something really cool. IOT is a growing thing…why just buy something that may not suit your needs when you can openly build it yourself and customize it! I have been around her for almost 3 years and I have learned a lot because of this… So Thanks for all the hard work and donations are a great idea! Mykle1 pic above is a problem so I’ll wait until it gets sorted out :) Thanks for being a test pilot @Mykle1 LOL

I am in donating for the project as long as I can use a platform I am already using (PAYPAL).

If you donate using paypal it works but @Mykle1 used a Credit card and that’s how he got his error.

It worked this time. Don’t spend it all in one place . . . unless it’s at the pub.

Done and done. I did get the initial prompt in Dutch, but I was able to figure it out. Once I logged into PayPal, everything switched to English.

Yep used a CC just fine on the link :) SO for the US people it does all work!! Thanks guys for all the hard work!

Would just like to say that I have learned a great deal from doing my Mirror. I would gladly make a one time donation. As far as the platforms I prefer PayPal. Thanks again for your site.
