Out of curiosity I will give it a try I have just this minute managed to get what wanted by positioning the module newsfeed by changing it to center instead of bottom bar module: “newsfeed”, //position: “bottom_bar”, position: “bottom_center”, and the complimentets I changed to center. Although this is top center, I am happy with that

@stampeder is it an rtsp-stream? Did you try to reach the stream with the full URL using “rtsp://10.10…”? Did you try with omxplayer or VNC? Greets, Shadow

Fixed it by installing MMM-Hotword instead of MMM-Snowboy

@bigmans what version of node and npm are you running? node -v should be 10.1x.y (mine is 10.19.0) npm -v should be 6.1x.y (mine is 6.14.3) the 2.11 install will try to install electron 6.1.7 use my script, it handles a lot of the issues

@bryansailer I have started using MMM-AlexaControl, it requires a real alexa echo device, and creates alexa devices you can control thru normal alexa on/off commands

Hello! I’m just setting up a MM2 for our family and I got it mostly working. Now I’m having trouble finding and/or figuring out how to style one little part that I want to change… Currently the Event title is like this: [(Icon) (Start Time) (Title)] and this causes almost all of the event titles to only show up as a few letters and then dots (because the column width isn’t enough, obviously). I’d like it to be on two rows (of course inside the same cell, still): [(Icon) (Start Time) (End Time)] [(Event Title)] or [(Icon) (Event Title) ] [(Start Time) (End Time)] Is this somehow possible? I can’t seem to find any “styles” available anywhere, like MMM-CalendarExt had, everything just points to modifying css, and I’m embarrassed to say it’s been WAY too long since I took a look inside a CSS stylesheet to figure out how to do that. I can figure out colors on my own, just that little modification to events. Any help would be much appreciated!

I am trying to build a dashboard with several pages and I recognize general issues with several modules when e.g. MMM-pages is activated. For one of my modules I have heard of the same issues using MMM-page-selector, so I think it is not a module-specific issue but rather issues originating from the show() and hide()-methods Examples: Some modules do not show at all. (MMM-Keyboard, MMM-WeatherBoy). They are suspended but for some reason not resumed. The region does not seem to make a difference. MMM-Bring, which has a touch function, does not work properly within a page. The implemented .onclick-method of the divs only seems to work once, then not anymore wherever I click. The module works as intended when I deactivate MMM-pages. Can anyone confirm this odd behaviour or does anyone know a reason for that?
