        npm ERR! code ENOENT
        npm ERR! sysca11 open
npm ERR! path /home/pi/package . json
        npm ERR! errno -2
npm ERR! enoent no such file or directory, open ‘/home/pi/package . jason’
npm ERR! enoent This is related to npm not being able to find a file.

[PM2] [ERROR] Script not found: /home/pi/MagicMirror/mm.sh

              : /home/pi/MagicMirror/mm.sh

ok, you used some old instructions, cause the file was moved to the installers folder a long time ago…

              pm2 status
              pm2 delete xx
where xx is the number of the line in the status (usually 0)
or the name in the line

              pm2 save

then use my script to fixup pm2
              see https://github.com/sdetweil/MagicMirror_scripts

the last command listed, fixuppm2.sh is the one u want to copy/paste to your terminal window

                  it says

fixuppm2.sh, cut/paste this line into the terminal window on your device

@beth this is the line you copy/pasted

                      bash -c "$(curl -sL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sdetweil/MagicMirror_scripts/master/fixuppm2.sh)"

                      right?

u don’t need to git clone this repo, just copy/paste the line

@beth black screen is another problem… (but pm2 launched MM on boot, so pm2 is ok)

typically it means a library needed by one of the MM modules you are using is missing
(we removed some dead libraries, in 2.16 and 2.17, but many modules didn’t document needing them, so oops…)

SO, you need to look at the logs

                        minimize MM, alt-spacebar, n

                        then open a terminal window

                        ctrl-alt-t

                        then type

                        pm2 logs – lines=100

and look for module not found

                        we know about

                        request
                        rrule-alt
                        valid-url
