      I’d love to be able to connect or create a budget that is viewable on the MagicMirror. I am just getting started learning about how this all works so I thought I’d put this request out their for those inclined to make modules.
      I’d love to see a connection to EveryDollar or Mint if possible.

      Is there a budgeting module out there? If not, is there a solution using a spreadsheet or something similar to display budget on Magic Mirror?

      Awesome thanks for sharing the link. I was looking at that case. Since this will be going against an outside wall that can get very hot ( I live in a desert) I need this to be cool.

      @Stoffbeuteluwe said in Trouble with MMM-Remote-Control:

      {
      module: “MMM-Remote-Control”,
      // uncomment the following line to show the URL of the remote control on the mirror
      position: ‘bottom_left’,
      // you can hide this module afterwards from the remote control itself
      config: {
      customCommand: {}, // Optional, See “Using Custom Commands” below
      customMenu: “custom_menu.json”, // Optional, See “Custom Menu Items” below
      showModuleApiMenu: true, // Optional, Enable the Module Controls menu
      apiKey: “” // Optional, See API/README.md for details
      }
      },

      @Stoffbeuteluwe
      thanks. I implemented your code and it did get rid of the config request, but it still doesn’t display the URL as mentioned in the instructions.

      Hmm, I thought I added all the ones I thought were worth offering. Thank you for your kind words. You absolutely should give it a go. I came to this forum with no knowledge of coding, none, zilch. There are some great online resources and there are some fantastic people here that can lend you a hand. It is tremendously rewarding and fun, at least for this old man.
