Anybody know how to move map labels (cities) so they aren’t covered up by the driving direction route line? labelOrigin seems to be good for a single marker but doesn’t work with multiple city labels on the route. Thanks

I’m trying to get the google-route module to zoom in on the map it generates for the routes. Currently, the map returned for my directions is too big and the routes too small. Based on my reading to date, it looks like you can control the zoom through mapOptions however, I haven’t had any luck and I’m out of ideas. Below is my config.js file that shows how I’ve written the zoom function. Ideas? @darbos have you tried shift + cntrl + i? Select the consol tab and scroll up and see if there are any errors. They are usually in red text.

Hi all, It seems to be impossible to connect to a https server when using clientonly. First of all, in line 64 in /serveronly/index.js, we can see getServerConfig(`http://${config.address}:${config.port}/config/`) with no use of https Once I have modified the line with https, i encounter another error message Unable to connect to server: (Error: Unable to read config from server (https://xxxx:8080/config/ (unable to verify the first certificate) I can access to the server with no problem using a browser. Any idea? Thank you very much

I seem to recall that the author no longer has a MagicMirror and so the module is not being updated. It broke for me at the last MM update, so it could very well be an issue with the base JS code.

Repeating events in the default calendar app is currently bugged out from all sides. In my case, they’ll show a day early, and show events that flat out don’t exist, but per the repeating calendar rule should (Example, Monthly event on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, except July - July is deleted manually from the cycle) It appears to me that they’ve decided to read the initial repeating event, and use that data to populate the others, right or wrong.

@Herr-pres open the developers window, ctrl-shift-i, select the console tab, and scroll up to see any errors, usually red text…
