Allow me a suggestion. I think you should include in the module github a link to the web where you can obtain the timezone codes, as well as some simple instructions so that whoever wants to use the module can include their timezone.
I’m telling you because the way you’re doing, you can never have all the timezones in the world, right?

In the github readme, I will add a link to this page. That should do it. Personally, I don’t think there is THAT much interest in this module.
