@sdetweil As it was suggested, i added this line last in my /boot/cmdline.txt. snd_bcm2835.enable_headphones=1 snd_bcm2835.enable_hdmi=1 snd_bcm2835.enable_compat_alsa=0 And now, i have the audio option in the raspi-config menu

@alex1223 - If you’ve already adjusted the monitor brightness to it’s lowest level then you’ve got a problem. You may be able to adjust the contrast to increase it. That should make the gray/white pop a bit more, but if you’re seeing the back light then it won’t help all that much. Unfortunately, the only solution I can think of is to replace your mirror glass with a variant that lets in less light. You can purchase samples of different one way glass recipes and hold them up to the monitor to find one that reflects enough light that the back light isn’t visible. It will limit how bright the white is, of course.

@scoot76 Thanks everyone. I got it working with the public calendar link from NC. I didn’t even need to add credentials.

@dkhorse74 do you see a unique VEVENT with recurrence-id set to the base VEVENT datetime? this indicates a modified recurrence

@jccjj yes, ext3 uses the info from the default calendar module. it’s a pain to parse the calendar, the author decided to use what we found

@pjcrux npm is installed needed. however it starts mm, find the output of that

@shizzlesticks I’ve seen some recurrent events in the ics that don’t work, but move the yearly to the end of the rule, and all is well. not our code. . haven’t come up with a solid cure yet

@KristjanESPERANTO i been trying firefox 47 but it crashes, and i was not able to find a firmware update or any custom rom for my coby kyros mid7125 so… looks like its the end of the line for it, i will try to make something whit widgets to ‘emulate’ the modules. It’s very hard for me to throw away old devices but what can i do? thank you both for your answers.
