  • Experience with MMM-WebUntis?

    Hi,
does anyone have experience with the MMM-WebUntis module?

I have installed it as indicated and, in my opinion, configured it correctly. It does not display any data even though there are changes to the timetable.
thyed explains on GitHub that his module is based on MMM-Wunderlist which is out of maintenance for more than 4 years - maybe that could be a reason why MMM-WebUntis doesn’t work properly?

If anyone has any experience, tips or ideas, I would be very grateful.
    Thank you very much!

  • MMM-PublicTransportBerlin: "HCI Core: Invalid client version"

    Hi there,

I did the last update of the MMM-PublicTransportBerlin module.
When I start my magic mirror there now is an error message saying

    Fehler beim Abrufen der Daten:
    "HCI Core: Invalid client version"
    Das könnte heißen, dass VBB-
    Daten gerade nicht verfügbar sind.

    (in english something like:

    Error when retrieving the data:
    'HCI Core: Invalid client version'
    This could mean that VBB
    data is currently not available.

    ).

I run magic mirror version 2.27 - maybe it’s too old for the latest version of MMM-PublicTransportBerlin?
Is it somehow possible to reinstall the previous version of MMM-PublicTransportBerlin?

    Any hints appreciated.
    Thank you very much.

  • RE: A New Chapter for MagicMirror: The Community Takes the Lead

    Dear Michael,
I stumbled across the magic mirror in 2020, and my MM projects helped me to get through Covid-19. Our “main magic mirror” has become the central information point in the hallway, and all family members are happy to have a piece of jewellery like this.
I can only repeat what has already been said here: thank you very much for having realized your idea, thank you very much for making it known to the world and for sharing it with the world, thank you very much for your devotion and commitment to this project and all the support for everyone of us here.

Happy New Year and all the best for you and your family on your further journey!

  • RE: Upgrade errors?

    @BKeyport said in Upgrade errors?:

@sdetweil turns out there was an update to MMM-Wallpaper that missed due to all the bugs in upgrading. 😉

…just in case this might be interesting for anyone: I had the same problems on my Raspberry Pi 4 Model B (Rev 1.2) with buster (armv71).

    • node 20 gave me the `GLIBCXX_3.4.26’ not found (required by node) error
    • I had the “failed to load swrast driver”

I checked my modules, and the solution for my MM was (thanks to @sdetweil and @BKeyport here):

    • installing node 18 (I did it manually like mentioned here)
    • removing “DWD Warn Weather” (which caused the swrast error) from config.js

Now MagicMirror v2.25.0 is up and running! :beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Thank you for all your effort and your tireless support!
May the code be with you.

  • RE: v2.22.0 | default calendar: no symbols with customEvents

    Hi @DaveChild, @sdetweil,
thank you very much for your effort and your research!!!
I’ll use @DaveChild’s prefix solution until the next release; the custom icons are now displayed within the calendar.
Many, many thanks to you and all who so tirelessly develop the MM and keep it alive!
