@sdetweil
what i just don’t understand is… i have installed the MM in the LXC several times and never received these messages…why now?
I have to create a new user with ‘adduser’ and then what do I have to do Sam?
@kusselin as already written on GitHub: Please make sure that you don’t quote Numbers and Boolean values in your config.
Please also note, that there are multiple implementations of MMM-RNV. The one above only works with Jupadin’s version. My implementation has another object structure.
@kusselin I commented out location and locationID (and let it locate me) and provided my key and it worked
open the developers window, ctrl-shift-i and select the console tab and enter part of the module name in the filter field to get just the related messages
@sdetweil look sdetweil
"name": "magicmirror",
"version": "2.18.0",
"description": "The open source modular smart mirror platform.",
"main": "js/electron.js",
now i have the right actually version and i have reboot my MM and its working fine now
pi@raspberrypi:~ $ node -v
v16.13.2
@kusselin
I think the user base of this module is quite small, since it is only for a small regional transport association.
Both modules are about the same age and should both work well.
Take the one you like best.
@kusselin said in Carousel is not working:
another question I have: udn namely when the modules change it can be that these are very “WIDE” at once…at the repeated change then again normal in the width become…woran lies this? can that be?
Does this also happen with the new fork I recommended?
