Re: MONITORON on does not work in schedule So for the last two days, this has been working correctly. I think it may be a combination of @dazza120 fix to my config, not messing with the pi for a full 2 days to let it fully run through it’s schedule, and removing openGL.

So my RP2 just updated and by some reason (i suspect the card number switched from 1 to 2 and a new HDMI driver was installed) and now my mic is broken. I already switched the plughw from 1 to 2 but i get a rather inconsistent performance from MM. Any ideas? EDIT: Plughw on MMM-Assistant MK2 and MMM-Hotword is where i replaced the plughw:1 to plughw:2

In case you didn’t find a solution yet, a user by the name sdetweil just helped me with a similar problem with my RPi 3 B+ running the latest Rasbian Stretch. Your first error log says just play-sound node module is not installed. It means, you’ve missed or failed npm install step on installation of MMM-AssistantMk2 Your second error log is somewhat obvious, but I think you have a problem with nodeJS or npm. I cannot assure but you seems to need a clean install of your nodeJS or npm from scratch.

@dazza120 Course, I can report the opposite, with my setup. While I don’t have exact figures the one thing that seems to have happened is that my system isn’t triggering the temp. icon anymore now that I’m back on the normal driver. That being said, I’ve got a fan+heatsink on the way for the final setup, there’s no reason not to protect the pi.

@qbox83 try using the Legacy drivers GL and fake are a pain from what I’ve seen

Guys, I’m giving up this task of getting Debian/Ubuntu running on an amd64 with MMM-Hotword. I again are getting the “invalid pointer” error. Perhaps this is happening only on amd64 distro and would not happen on i386 (32bit). If I’m going to test it? Maybe, but returning back to my Pi and Tinker Board for now…

yes i have,for some reason MMM-RTSPSTREAM with vlc is crashing my Gassist running at the same pi.If i run only vlc separately from mm everything is running nice.

In the future, please use the Markdown features of the board when posting code and logs.
