uhhh yes… sorry, how stupid from me…

I switch the display an and off with the WIFI-Powerplug.

There a many ways to fullfill somebodys needs. For me the Wifi-Plug and the small script was ein easy way to deploy that. The goal was to switch the Display complete powerless to save energie.
Not only switch the display to dark or switch of the HDMI-Port.
It works very good and im happy with that solution.

Yeah I just figured if someone comes in with a laptop, how will they scan the QR code? Before I did this module I couldn’t remember my guest wifi password and would just let them sign on the main one because it was easier.

I betcha if you lit her face better, she could use it for a makeup mirror. That’s where the darkness comes in, from the reflections being reduced to allow for shine through. See what happens with a light ring behind the mirror, and if it works, you can add lighting to the frame so to highlight faces and provide a good makeup mirror. 🙂

which comes with deviant art icons. I reduced the size of the icins to fit the area i had, and saved them in the CSS file as instructed but used different names. then change the MMM-weatherforcast.css file to point to the icos i wanted shown rather than the default selection. Theres quite a few icons to select from in the icon folder of the git file. I just chose the ones i liked the best based on the fortecast

Morning all! I’m brand new to all of this. I was wondering if it would be possible to set gpio pins when the alarm goes off?

I wanted to build a pokemon clock for my daughter and have it activate one of her pikachu toys when the alarm goes off.

Is there a way to do this in config or would it require a fork of the alarm module?

I was also wondering if anyone has done a change the alarm time based on touch screen rather than a config update?
